I consider myself a beginner artist (although I have to say that after taking a number of Sandy’s classes, I am moving toward intermediate artist in a couple of mediums). So I find it extremely helpful to understand the reasons that the tricks/techniques work. This class now only showed me how to use her incredibly well constructed hex chart, but also gave me the background information I needed to see why colors work together. I would highly recommend purchasing a chart and taking the class, especially if you have most, or all, of brand’s pencils or markers.

What a good place to start your ArtVenture or for me, to review. I like having a hex chart for my polychromo and prisma pencils. It helps me to keep track of what I have. Also, realizing I dont need every pencil.
