Is a printable the same as a digistamp?

Yes it is!

The terms are for the most part interchangeable. These are line drawings that can be purchased (some are free), resized, and printed so an artist can color them.

If you’ve never used digital stamps with your printer, test it to be sure your printer is friendly to the paper you want to print on and the medium you’ll use.
Place the image file into a word processing document. Resize it without changing the aspect ratio or the image will become distorted.
Print and color!
