All the most common questions

Lots of options for what might be happening:

  • Create an account first. Being logged in solves a number of problems.
  • Smart devices on certain browsers, from time to time, don’t work with WooCommerce (the platform here for purchasing). Try a computer for the purchase; you will be able to view lessons on your device.
  • If you’re in a country with no “code”, use zip or billing code 0000. I don’t know why but that usually works.

  • Be sure you’re still logged in.
  • Update your browser or device.
  • Try a different browser or device.
  • Try a desktop computer.

If you purchased a hex chart from the instructor’s blog, it needs to be manually moved over – just email me and I’ll get ya hooked up!

Log in (either in the orange bar at the very very top of the website, or the main menu) then click on “My courses.”

If you keep getting returned to the same page, there are one of two reasons:

  1. You don’t already have an account.
  2. You’re using an insecure password. Enter in a new password that contains at least 12 characters, one capital letter and one special characters.
  3. If those don’t work, just email and I’lll help you out.
