Winter Storybook: Preclass

Welcome to the preclass lesson for Winter Storybook Class!

If you’ve taken the Copic Jumpstart class, you likely have all the supplies you need! This course is taught without stamped images, though there will be samples for each lesson showing an idea of how the background can be incorporated with a stamp set.

Supplies:

Cardstock. Instructor uses Neenah 80-lb. but you can use your own favorite Copic friendly paper. (Techniques may need to adjust if your paper behaves wildly differently.)

White gel pen. Instructor uses Signo UniBall White Gel pen (EH AMZ BLICK), Use your favorite brand.

Copic markers and reinkers. The photo below shows the colors used for the lessons, HOWEVER – students are encouraged to use colors you already have! Feel free to change up color choices on any assignment.

I retain the copyright to the content you are learning in class. That means you cannot sell or give away the concepts from my classes – no re-teaching of my specific lessons, nor posting a video with your re-draw of the class lesson; especially not sharing any downloadable handouts with others.

You absolutely are encouraged to post and gift your creations made with these techniques, of course! Please DO make your own designs with any techniques you learn here, adapt these lessons, and develop your own style. I love to see students making strides and personalizing lessons! Tag me on Instagram, I’d love to see what you’re making!

Please share your art! You can share homework and ask questions in our Student Facebook Group for all classes here at Art-Classes…please do join in and see the work of fellow students! Each month there’s a giveaway hosted in the group, so don’t miss out on your chance to win.

Linking back to this site or mentioning the class name so others can take the class is appreciated – if you enjoyed it, your friends probably will too!

I'm an artist, papercrafter, instructor, Youtuber - and all around creative geek! I love all the mediums and experimenting with styles. I especially love seeing others take a step on their own creative journey...whether for the first time, or leaping into new territory as a creative veteran!
