Clearly Copic is the first ADVANCED class in Copic Marker here at Art-Classes.com! Prerequisite is Copic Jumpstart at minimum, Drawing 101 is recommended but not required.
It will be live soon for $74.99 — I don’t have an ETA for these new courses, as I’m waiting until the relaunch of this site. But I’m posting this now so you’ll be able to “get ready”!
Class teaches ten different glass images in over two hours of recorded video! Instructor demonstrates on a full sheet (8.5″ x 11″) of Copic-friendly paper and recommends the same for students. Line drawings are provided (it is recommended that students trace the line drawing with a light pen like an E000 onto their paper so they have a no-line look to their drawings; this can be done with a light box, or by putting the line drawing and Copic paper up against a sunny window to trace.) (Or just draw the shapes freehand!)
- Glass Ornaments
- Votive Candles
- Water Glasses
- Christmas Lightbulbs
- Mason Jar with Flower
- Wine Glass and Bottle
- Snow Globe
- Tropical Drinks
- Candy Jar
- Vintage Colored Glass Vials

Clearly Copic Supplies
If you’ve taken Copic Jumpstart, you may well have all the colors you need; the list is provided here, but you may make substitutes as desired from what is used in the lessons. B04, V04 and a few others are used in a limited fashion. For paper: Neenah Classic Crest Solar White or your favorite Copic-friendly paper!
VERY important housekeeping stuff
You’re encouraged to share your work – however do NOT pass on the instruction handouts or materials to anyone else, as they are proprietary to this class. You may develop other art as jump-off ideas from lessons learned here, but you may not teach a class or produce a video reproducing content in this course, or in any other way make money on the content here.
Please do let your friends know about the class – post images from your sketchbook if desired on your social media, linking to this class so your friends can come join in the fun! You can also join our Student Facebook Group, filled with students from all classes here, and share your work and ask questions there. If sharing otherwise on Facebook or Instagram, use our #watercolorjumpstart hashtag and follow your fellow students —and instructor— sharing there as well!
