Note that all the pen and ink classes are discounted this month, too.
Inktober is a month-long challenge to draw in pen and ink. My version of The Rules:
- Any pen. Fountain or dip pens, Microns, ballpoints. Hey how about a marker?
- Any color ink. Black may be traditional but you do you!
- Any surface. Sketchbook, grocery bags, coffee cups, whatever.
- Draw every day and if you miss a couple, just start where you are.
- Have fun!
How’s that for simple rules? There’s nothing about “no pencil sketch ahead of the ink” or “if you get behind you have to do 10 in one day” or “they have to be great epic drawings” ….. you don’t even have to post them, but why not? People are so encouraging of fellow travelers on a challenge!
